Our room was even nicer than the pictures! Recently refurbished, comfy bed, great AC, and a kitchenette with everything we needed for breakfast. The location is perfect, midway between town and Perkins Cove. We walked the Marginal Way every morning - beautiful!

My wife and I loved our two-night stay! The building was gorgeous, the location was perfect, and the staff were all so pleasant. Our small studio was spotless, and even though it was small, it was perfectly organized and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a plus, and we had a blast playing cornhole. We even enjoyed the nice garden. Would definitely go back!

Our family loved our week-long stay! The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. The rooms are clean and have adequate kitchen facilities. The staff were incredibly cute. Its close to the beach and restaurants, but a little walk to the actual beach itself.
